Great burgers and love their cheesesteak.

The food is always great, however my family and I arrrived at 9:23pm and the front cashier was quick to inform me of their closing at 9:45pm. I don't like being lied too or my being treated like we are a bother.

Great food, not a long wait, friendly staff and atmosphere. This place will make you feel right at home. Usual Texas fast food fare like burgers, chicken and steak strips, fish baskets, and milkshakes.

My family and I love our Burger Box. I'm not sure why, but (and my boyfriend agrees with with me), but their Bluebell icecream is so much better than the carton you get at the grocery store! I almost always get a chocolate icecream cone or a chocolate milkshake when I go there.

Swung by here on a suggestion when I was in the area. It was a really good burger... I would go again for sure.

I’ve been eating here as long as it’s been here! Still my go to chili cheeseburger; great menu selection and it’s all great!

I will never ever come to this establishment ever again and I recommend others to do the same. Try Burger Street or Burger Basket. "Penny" (assumed name) Asian lady with glasses, the cashier was very rude and had absolutely NO customer service. It's bad enough that they upcharge for EVERY SINGLE THING, but when you couldn't understand what she was saying her attitude increased towards me and my mother.The original meal that we ordered was only $7 and some change after we ask for cheese, a cherry limeade, and to substitute the fries for tater tots it was $4 extra and we didn't know that until we got to the window to pay. How she handled us was very poor. My mother STILL has to go inside for them to fix her order because it was wrong. First and LAST time coming here!

The service was fast. The food was good. But when the storm started we had to call for buckets, they have lots of leaks, and they were ready (apparently it wasn't news to them) this can be dangerous.

Prepared very quickly, friendly people and the food was good.

This Burger Box is in an older building and it's on the small side but the staff and the food are both awesome! I usually get the Box Jr burger basket and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend it!

Great burgers and shakes!

Today was my first time ever eating at Burger Box. I was overcharged on taxes close to $2, food was not great as expected, shake ok, over 25 minute wait time for one burger. Very disappointed.

The Asian lady that owns this place is a cheapskate. There is a gas leak in there as we speak and she won't fix it. I heard it's around $100 to fix it. And they dont wear gloves when they make your food. I have seen them mop the floor take out the trash and go straight to the grill and start making food. GROSS!

The best Burger Box in Arlington. One employee has no teeth. The other girl has a black eye... don't let this scare you. The burgers are excellent and the service is great. Besides, they seem to hire young individuals who have problems. Support them!

Great place really brings back memories...especially with the 90's music being played.

Ted the manager is absolutely amazing, with out him the place would be trash. The owner 'candy' can use some people skills.. I wish ted owned the place he basically runs the whole restaurant and manages everyone and hes amazing and deserves a raise.

Food and service are always 100% awesome! Food is nice n fresh, service is always with a smile n very friendly. I got just about everyday! I'm hooked on their grilled chicken salad!!

Mediocre food quality and prices

I have been going to this Burger Box for 25+ years and will never go anywhere else. Ted, the manager, is always friendly...has been my friend for all these years, and always greets me, even when he is in the back cooking. The burgers are always fresh, tasty, and made exactly the way I ask. (I like little lettuce and more tomatoes) and I have never been disappointed. THE place to get delicious burgers!!

This location on Park Row in Arlington/Pantego area is unique. It's been here forever and great burgers. Ted (owner/mgr?) is always friendly and comes out to check on his guests when he's not behind the grill cooking up the meat.

The worst experience ever! Went through the drive through and when we got back and opened our food a bug came flying out ! So gross ! Went back and asked for our money back and the manager was only going to give me my money back and no one else in our group ! I was livid. After finally getting our money back the manager then proceeds to try to blame it on the women in the window when I tried to explained she was not the problem he then spoke over me telling me she should have closed the bag when handing it out (which she did). We then tried to leave and he made us take the “untouched” nasty bug invested food saying that it was still good to eat. Not ever going back. I can’t tell if I’m more disgusted by the fact a bug was in my food or how the situation was handled by the manager.

My burger was not as good as it usually is. My patty had no seasoning on it so it tasted blah! My onions were nothing but stringy pieces that pulled everything out whenever I bit into my burger. I always look forward to going to Burger Box but this time was a great letdown.

We've eaten here for decades now. Great burgers, shakes, onion rings and service. They have a better than average black bean burger.

This location ALWAYS delivers the best food! Their burgers are mouthwatering and very filling. The customer service is great and the timing of the drive thru is a good amount of fast delivery for freshness of the meal! Thank you park row location!!

1950s burger joint. Best burgers since my childhood. Floats, milkshakes and great fries.

Awesome food and it's made when you order so it's hot and fresh! No sitting under heat lamps. Friendly employees! Dont be discouraged by the exterior give them a try.
